• Sea Sickness and nausea can be controlled to an extent by controlling accelerations. 
• Equipment such a chairs can be fastened to floors or walls. 
• In the pre design stage one can use existing  actual ships to measure tilt, peak particle velocity, acceleration and even jerk. 

Before bringing on one's first passengers, one can pre test the ship for accelerations, tilt, and the like under actual conditions. 

One might then implement steps to increase passenger comfort or detect areas with unusual conditions.
