Aircraft designers must consider the flight, safety, and use of aircraft. For passengers issues are different than for cargo, and different from aircraft deployable assets.

  • V.A.S.E. Pro offer, and are willing to extend its offerings, testing for accelerations, ppv, and tilt.
  • The offered services for designers is to provide independent third party analysis of component parts for accelerations, tilt, peak particle velocity while installed on moving platforms similar to the design being considered, so that designs may use not only supplier assured results but independent results. 
  • While the results should be the same or similar, V.A.S.E. Pro offers a due diligence component.

Each year, or say every 2500 flying hours, or post a major maintenance event, V.A.S.E. Pro are suggesting consideration be given to independent data on accelerations, tilt, ppv, and the like be developed under a third party due diligence offering. The testing for maintenance engineers provides not a test of existing instruments, but confirmation of the aircraft behavior using instrumentation independently of on board equipment. 

  • For example supposing an aircraft is being refit for passenger comfort. In cabin testing of accelerations at seat level would be undertaken.
  • Supposing one were refitting a platform to haul fragile cargo, due diligence testing could confirm the levels of accelerations.

V.A.S.E. Pro suggest that an independent voice, not the certification agency, manufacturer, or owner would benefit from customer focused  review which can speak to comfort and to airplane equipment reliability.

Airplane designers know acceleration is important to design. When aircraft are taking off or landing or even in flight accelerations at passenger spaces will be important.  It is not only acceleration but jerk that may impact on the design, passenger, airplane or cargo.

Offering customers data on comfort of aircraft, offering aircraft designers post manufacturer or maintenance data, independent of the management can help prevent losses. 

Offering acceleration, tilt, or other test data to airplane owners, designers, maintenance engineers can be used to show due diligence, to show passengers comfort is important.  Reports could be published in summary or full to owner web sites or otherwise be available.  Reports can be people friendly and not in jargon.
